A changing equestrian market

Competition for the right clients is growing.

Costs are rising, and so are expectations. The businesses that succeed understand their costs and communicate clearly what sets them apart.

Rising costs

Minimum wages, bedding, hay and energy have become significantly more expensive. Many livery prices no longer reflect today's costs.

Clients compare

Horse owners research online before making contact. If your online presence falls short, you may never make their shortlist.

Quality earns a premium

Discerning clients will pay for quality when they can see its value. Positioning makes the difference.

The opportunities we assess with you

Adjust pricing for inflation

Wages, feed, bedding and energy costs rise each year. We identify the price adjustments needed and help you communicate them to your clients.

Improvements & automation

Automated feeding, muck removal equipment or stables with individual paddocks: we calculate when an investment pays for itself through labour savings.

Contracts & leasing

A review of tenancy, leasing and supply contracts, focusing on terms and conditions.

Occupancy & additional services

Waiting lists instead of vacancies, supported by schooling, lessons and services that genuinely pay.

Horse trading ROI calculator

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Why combine marketing and finance?

They belong together: marketing brings the right clients, while financial analysis ensures each relationship is worthwhile. Improving only one means missing opportunities.

What does the initial consultation cost?

Just 30 minutes of your time. We discuss your situation and whether we can help. You then receive a written proposal.

Do you replace my tax adviser?

No. Your tax adviser handles your accounts and taxation. We are happy to coordinate directly with them.

What documents do you need?

To begin, we need your latest management accounts or annual financial statements, livery agreements, and leasing and tenancy contracts. We work through any gaps together.

Where do you work?

Across Germany, in person at your premises or online through video calls and shared documents.

Do you arrange insurance or loans?

We prepare finance applications and compare offers. Insurance policies and loans are concluded directly with our specialist partners.
